We do not accept insurance for any of our services, but receipts can be provided for submittal.
By not accepting insurance Trinity Psychology & Wellness is ensuring that every session is kept private. History of diagnosis can exclude patients from certain insurance coverages. If there is not an insurance trail, sessions and treatments are at the disclosure of the patient.
A diagnostic intake session is the first step in many of the services we offer. This appointment is designed for the clinician to get to know you, your case, and your needs. This is especially true if you are uncertain which of our services are going to best help you reach your goals, and for all counseling and evaluation services.
Counseling
We are always accepting new patients, and always blessed by those who allow us to be a supportive part of their struggles and celebrate with them in their triumphs. Counseling services are available for children, teens, adults and seniors. We offer services to individuals, couples and families of all circumstances.
Evaluations
Dr. Montes offers a few different testing options, educational and psychological. Psychological assessments are helpful if you have a problem that is impacting you emotionally, relationally, professionally, or even legally. Educational evaluations can provide valuable information about academic and intellectual strengths and weaknesses, be used to meet requirements for 504 and IEP plans, Katie Beckett, SAT/ACT accommodations and for entry into specific programs or schools that can better meet your needs.
Hypnotherapy
Dr. Montes is a certified hypnotherapist and offers hypnotherapy to his clients if requested. Hypnosis is a state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention. Eliminating distractions helps one achieve a relaxed state where they can find the root cause of a behavior or thought process and work through ways to resolve them. Hypnosis is used in a variety of ways and is used to help those suffering form a variety of conditions.
NewBrain
NewBrain offers an alternative to traditional treatment paths. Using state of the art technology backed by years of research, we help individuals elevate their mental state using neurofeedback. Directed by Dr. Montes, each client receives a tailored plan of action to help reduce symptomatology and revitalize their mind.
Naturopathic Services
Christy Montes, ND offers guidance specific to each individual's nutritional, wellness, diet and detox needs, for children, teens and adults using a bio-energetic scanner and the science of kinesiology.
